--What's the MOQ ?
Our MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated. Lower quantities for your trial order are acceptable. For some items which are available in stock, 50~100pcs is also OK.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need so that we can calculate the cost correspondingly. I am assured that you will like our products after checking the quality and knowing our service.

-- Can you imprint my logo on the bottle and package?
Yes, we can.
Please offer us your logo file, we would make a mock-up for your further evaluation

-- Can I get samples?
Sure. Samples in stock could be provided for FREE, with freight collected, please let us know your carrier account like FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc. If an additional sample production is needed, a little fee would be involved, but it is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.

--How long is the sample lead time?
Samples available in stock: within 5 days.
Samples by sample production: 2 weeks approx. If a new mold is involved, it will take another 2 weeks for making the new mold.

-- How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 15~40 days after all order details are confirmed. It is different in low and peak production seasons. Most of our products are handmade, or combined with machines, each one is unique.

-- How do you control your quality?
Products prior to shipment usually go through our strict quality control system which consists of four processes: Raw Material Quality Check, Manual Optical Inspection, Packaging Quality Test, and Warehousing Examination. Quality is one of the keys we make success in the glassware manufacturing business and take the leading position in the industry globally.

--What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own experienced design and technical team, Serving over 200 brand clients worldwide. It would be great if the client can offer us the AI, ESP, CDR or PDF, etc.

--What is your payment term?
- T/T, 30% deposit after the order is signed, 70% balance before the goods are sent out from our factory / 70% against copy of B/L.
- Paypal or Western Union is also OK for sample order.

--What trade terms you make?
EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.

--What certification do you have?
FDA, LFGB, Reach, EU, etc. Products we made are eco-friendly and comply with food contact safety.
